Claims Portal Changes

From August 7th (approximately 5:30 pm) until August 18th (approximately Noon), the online claims system will be unable to accept online claims submissions while we transition to a new system.

To file a claim during this temporary downtime, please choose one of the following methods:

Email your claims details to claimsadmin@nclm.org
Fax your claims details to 919-715-8465
Call 800-768-8600 to submit your claim over the phone
