NCLM Town & State Dinner

Will be held at the Marriott in downtown Raleigh on February 26, 2025.

Town & State Dinner is the League’s premier legislative event that bring state legislators and municipal officials together to break bread and connect on issues important to local communities. Whether hosted in Raleigh or held regionally across the state, Town & State provides members the opportunity to share the successes and challenges from their communities with their state representatives.

This event provides an opportunity for you, our municipal elected officials, to meet and build relationships with state legislators over dinner in downtown Raleigh. The night begins with appetizers and refreshments, and a full plated dinner will shortly follow. Please join us as we celebrate our communities and the leadership that makes their successes possible.

NCLM strongly encourages our members to extend this invitation to your legislator, and League staff are available to assist in making those contacts.

What is the deadline to register?

The deadline to register is Tuesday, February 18. Space is limited. If the event sells out, registration will close early.

What is the Town & State Dinner cancellation and refund policy?

Requests to cancel, submitted by 5:00pm on February 18, 2025, are eligible for a refund. Requests submitted after this day/time, will not be refunded.

What is the registration fee?

The registration fee for NC Elected Officials is $125.

Can I bring my spouse or a guest?

This event is reserved for NC Legislators and elected municipal officials.

Is there a hotel room block?

There is no hotel room block for this event, but there are two hotels within walking distance:

Raleigh Marriott City Center (host hotel)
Sheraton Raleigh Hotel

Will there be on-site registration?

Pre-registration is required for this event and registration closes on February 18. There will be no on-site registration.
