We invite mayors across North Carolina to join the NC Mayors Association Virtual Membership Meeting on Tuesday, December 3rd, 2024 from 10:00a.m. to 12:00 noon via Zoom. This free meeting offers an array of education, networking, and special guests guaranteed to enhance your relationships and benefit your cities and towns.   • North Carolina Elections Debrief: Gain insights into North Carolina's elections results and what it means for you and your municipality heading into 2025 with Dr. Chris Cooper, Robert Lee Madison Distinguished Professor of Political Science and Public Affairs and Director of the Haire Institute for Public Policy at Western Carolina University. Dr. Cooper is a published academic researcher and author, including his most recent book: Anatomy of a Purple State: A North Carolina Politics Primer. He is a frequent source for news stories about North Carolina and national politics and he has been quoted hundreds of times in a variety of state, national, and international media.

  • Special Guest: Hear from State Auditor-elect Dave Boliek on his priorities and how he can be a partner for mayors.
