2025 NC Metro Mayors Coalition Winter Meeting

REGISTRATION HAS BEEN EXTENDED UNTIL FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 21st. 

We are happy to invite you to Chapel Hill for the 2025 NC Metro Mayors Coalition Annual Meeting!

This meeting brings together mayors & managers for discussions, presentations, and education on important topics facing your communities and the state as a whole.

This year's Annual Meeting will be held December 4-5 in Chapel Hill, hosted by Chapel Hill Mayor Jess Anderson.  Most sessions will take place at our host hotel, the Graduate Hotel, located on Franklin Street. 

Mayors, Managers, & guests will be given the opportunity to stay overnight in Chapel Hill at special rates offered by the select hotels listed below.  Metro Mayors are encouraged to stay at the Graduate Hotel.  Managers and/or additional staff are encouraged to stay at the AC Hotel, located about 2 blocks from the Graduate.  Hotel reservations are the responsibility of each attendee and are not included as part of the meeting registration.  (Hotel reservation links will be located in the confirmation email you will receive after registration has been completed. The annual dinner will be held Thursday, December 4th at Tandem, a family owned, farm-to-table restaurant, a few blocks down from the Graduate Hotel. Transportation will be provided.

Sessions will begin at 10:00am Thursday, December 4th at the Graduate Hotel & will adjourn at 1:00pm Friday, December 5th.  There will be a special concurrent session for mayors & managers to discuss role-specific issues.
