Plan to join us, for the SWANC membership meeting on Monday, November 16, 2026 from 10:00am - 2:00pm.  This meeting is open to both members of the Association & non-members at the registration prices listed below. Pre-registration and payment are both required to attend.  

 

Registration Deadline: Monday, November 9, 2026.

 

For those of you who are not current members of the Association, we encourage you to join in order to participate at a reduced rate (see pricing options below).

Registration Pricing: 

  • Member - $40.00 per individual meeting

  • Member Bundle Option - $105.00 (includes 3 in-person meetings - see below) 

    • If you select the bundle option, you will be required to also register for both the February & May meetings at a later date and at a $0.00 price option.  We will notify you via e-mail when registration opens for each meeting.  This is for attendance tracking purposes. 

  • Non-Member - $80.00

 

Cancellation Policy:

To cancel your registration, click here to contact us no later than Monday, November 9, 2026 in order to qualify for a refund.  We are unable to honor refund requests after this deadline.
