An Employee In This Class Must Have Excellent Computer Knowledge, Have Effective Communication Skills Both Orally And In Writing, And Have The Ability To Support The Board Of Commissioners And The County Manager In Day-to-day Operations. You Must Have The Ability To Work Independently, Using Sound Decision-making Skills.
