As The Finance Director, You Will Be Responsible For Performing Various Complex Professional, Administrative, Supervisory, And Technical Accounting And Finance Functions Involved In Maintaining The Fiscal Records And Systems Of The Town And Advising Administrators In Their Oversight Of Town Business Affairs. The Ideal Candidate Will Have A Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field, With At Least 6 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role. Additionally, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, The Ability To Lead And Manage A Team, And Be Proficient In Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, And Related Software. Knowledge Of "Tyler Munis" Software Is A Plus. The Position Offers A Competitive Salary Range Of $73,500-$82,000 With A 5% Increase After The 6-month Probation Period. The Position Is Exempt And The Working Hours Are From 8:30 Am To 5 Pm.
