Town Manager The Town Of Dallas. NC, Population 6,193 Is Looking To Fill The Position Of Town Manager. Operating Under A Council- Manager Form Of Government The Town Manager Serves As The Chief Administrative Officer Of The Town Overseeing All Day-to-day Administrative And Operating Functions Of Town Governance. The Manager Is Responsible For The Supervision Of All 63 Full-time And 7 Permanent Part-time Employees As Well As The Preparation And Management Of A $20M Town Budget; The Development And Administration Of Policies; And The Ongoing Oversight Of Town Facilities And Programs. The Successful Candidate Is Expected To Possess A Bachelor’s Degree In Public Administration Or A Related Field. A Master Of Public Administration Degree Is Strongly Preferred And A Minimum Of Three Years Of Progressive Management Experience. Public Finance And Or Municipal Planning Is Desired.
