POLICE CHIEF The Town Of Beulaville Seeks A Progressive Police Chief To Lead A Department Of 5 Sworn Law Enforcement Officers. The Police Chief Is A Key Member Of The Town’s Management Team And Reports Directly To The Town Manager. • Minimum Requirements Include At Least 10 Years Of Management/supervisory Experience In Law Enforcement, NC Criminal Justice Certification (Basic Law Enforcement Training Certification), With At Least 10 Years Direct Work Experience In A BLET Certification Required Position. Significant Supervisory Experience And Extensive Knowledge Of Police Patrol And Investigative Operations Is Important. Excellent Public Relations Skills Required. The Successful Candidate Will Have A Proven Record Of Accomplishment In Community Policing. Associate Degree In Criminal Justice Preferred. • Residency Requirements Or Relocation Within 15 Miles Of The Town Limits.
