Successful Candidate Must Have Bachelor's Degree With Considerable Course Work In Accounting Or Related Field From Accredited University. Experience In Municipal Government And Municipal Owned Utilities Is Preferred. Equivalent Combination Of Education And Experience May Be Considered. Salary Commensurate With Qualifications, Plus Excellent Benefits Including Acceptance Of Qualified Transferred Sick Leave From Other NC Governmental Entities And Leave Accrual Rates Based Upon Approved Aggregate Years Of NC Government Qualified Service.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduation From An Accredited College Or University With A Bachelor's Degree Including Major Course Work In Accounting Or Related Field With A Concentration In Accounting;
Considerable Responsible Experience In Public Finance And Budget Administration, Including Considerable Experience In Local Government;
Valid NC Driver's License And Good Driving Record.

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
