Rate Of Pay: $56,673 - $69,140 Apply At: Https:// General Definition And Conditions Of Work: Performs Complex Administrative And Professional Work Developing And Administering Personnel Programs And Services. Work Involves A Broad Range Of Personnel Activities That Include Recruitment And Selection, Benefits Administration, Pay And Classification, Personnel Records Management, And Employee Relations. Work Involves Policy Interpretation, Decision-making, Administration Of State And Federal Employment And Occupational Health And Safety Laws, And The Ability To Analyze And Interpret Data. Work Is Performed Under The General Supervision Of The Director Of Human Resources. Essential Functions/Typical Tasks: Collects And Compiles HR Metrics And Data From A Variety Of Sources, Including The Human Resource Information System (HRIS), Management And Employee Surveys, Exit Interviews, Employment Records, Government Labor Statistics, Peer And Competitor Practices, And Other Sources. Assists With Recruitment – Including Advertising, Job Description Reviews, Position Postings, Pre-employment Screenings, And Interview Processes – In Accordance With Equal Employment Opportunity Commission Laws And Regulations. Maintains Confidential Personnel Files. Conducts Employee Onboarding And Offboarding. Guides Employees And Supervisors On Policy Adherence And Interpretation. Coordinates And Executes Employee Events With The Assistance Of Other Human Resources Staff. Assists In The Administration Of The Town’s Employee Benefits Programs; Researches And Recommends New Benefits Or Modification Of Existing Benefits; Assists In The Coordination Of Employee Information Meetings And Annual Open Enrollment Meetings. Reconciles And Processes Departmental Procurement Card Transactions And Accounts Payable Invoices. Informs Supervisors And Employees Of Legislative Changes And Guidelines Impacting Personnel. Maintains State And Federal Records As Required By Law. Works With Information Technology To Ensure Efficiencies Within The Human Resources Information System And Databases. Other Related Duties As Required. Education And Experience: Bachelor’s Degree And Two Years Of Progressively Responsible Professional Human Resources Management Experience; Or An Equivalent Combination Of Training And Experience.
