Determines And Recommends Locations For The Development Of Park Land; Identifies And Recommends Park Structures To Best Serve The Interests Of The Community. Counsels And Receives Input From Advisory Boards, Community Groups, And Individuals For Overall Planning And Programming. Education And Experience: Bachelor’s Degree In Recreation, Public Or Business Administration, Or A Closely Related Field. At Least 4 Years Of Management Experience In Parks And Recreation Programs And Operations; Preference Will Be Given To Candidates With 5 To 7 Years Of Direct Experience Along With Progressively Responsible Supervisory Experience.
