ARP Special Projects Coordinator - ARP - 66 Execution Temporary Full-Time Professional

Salary Range: $42,281.50 - $66,064.85 Annually

The Purpose Of This Position Is To Support And Coordinate The League's Outreach And Technical Assistance Efforts Related To The American Rescue Plan, As Well As Provide Additional Support In Coordinating The League's Work With Third-Party Contractors, Ensuring The League Is Tracking And Reporting On Its Activities Accurately And Robustly, And Aiding In Efforts To Tell The Story Of The League's American Rescue Plan-Funded Activities.

Job Duties May Include: Supports The American Rescue Plan Outreach And Technical Assistance Efforts Of The League. Works Closely With The Director Of Technical Assistance For Cities And Chief Arp Officer And To Provide Support In The Preparation Of Materials, Organization Of Meetings, Collection And Analysis Of Information, And More. May Travel To Off-Site And Attend On-Site Meetings To Provide Additional Support In Day-Of Organization And Coordination Of Gatherings Of League Members, And Attend Conferences As A League Representative When Appropriate. Works With The League's Event Planning Staff To Assist With Planning And Tasks Related To League Arp Events, Including Location Selection, Speaker Coordination, Preparation Of Presentations For League Presenters, Registration Set-Up As Needed, Member Outreach, Materials Production, On-Site Event Support, Etc. Responds To Inquiries From League Members And Stakeholders On Questions Related To The American Rescue Plan. Provides Answers To Questions And Assists Members As Needed And Refers To Other League Staff Members Or League Contractors As Appropriate. Ensures General Inquiries Sent To League Arp Email Address Are Responded To In A Timely Fashion. Supports Internal Grant Administration Functions To Ensure League Compliance With All Relevant Requirements. Works With Staff Across Multiple League Departments To Help Ensure Reports, Time Sheets, And Other Staff Documentation Are Completed On Required Schedules. Helps Manage Software Tools Used For Tracking Of League Arp Activities. Assists In The Tracking, Administration, And Execution Of Contracts For Services Funded By The League's American Rescue Plan Grants. Performs Special Projects And Other Duties As Assigned Such As Working On Assigned Teams; Working With Outside Contractors To Complete Administrative Tasks; Etc.

Work Requires Broad Knowledge In A General Professional Or Technical Field.  Knowledge Is Normally Acquired Through Completion Of A High School Diploma; Up To Four Years Of Higher Education Resulting In An Associate's Or Bachelor's Degree Or Equivalent Professional Experience Is Preferred.
