The Carrboro Recreation, Parks, & Cultural Resources Department Is Seeking Qualified Individuals For The Facilities Administrator Position. The Facilities Administrator Performs Difficult Professional Work In The Planning, Implementation, Scheduling, And Supervision Of Town Recreation Facilities. The Position Is Responsible For The Administration Of Division Operations, Including Both Short And Long-range Strategic Planning, Budget Management, Risk Management, And Supervision Of Division Personnel. The Facilities Administrator Works Closely With Other Town Departments To Develop And Implement Parks And Facilities Maintenance And Improvement Plans, Including But Not Limited To Playground Inspections And Replacements, Court And Floor Resurfacing Projects, And Park And Facilities Capital Projects. Individuals Are Required To Work A Flexible Schedule That Includes Occasional Nights And Weekends To Meet Position Requirements.
