Under General Supervision, Performs Skilled Technical Work In Securing Compliance With State Building, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, Energy, And Other Related Codes And Local Ordinances. This Is Accomplished By Reviewing Construction Plans; Visiting Construction Sites; Performing Inspections; Interacting And Working With Contractors, Architects, Engineers, Homeowners, And Other Inspectors; And Completing State Exams And Continuing Education Courses As Required. This Position Will Be Responsible For Maintaining Efficiency In The Daily Operations Of The Inspections Division By Ensuring Daily Inspection Requests In The Daily Operations Of The Inspections Division By Ensuring Daily Inspection Requests Are Performed, Assigning Reported Complaints Or Concerns, And Maintaining And/or Reporting Certain Records And Data. Will Also Assist In The Management Of Division Personnel Attendance And Leave, Provide Information For Budget Planning, And Assign Special Inspections And Projects To Staff As Needed.
