Work Also Involves Establishing And Maintaining Records And Reports Necessary For Full Compliance With All Regulations; Effective Management; Decision-making; Requesting Necessary Resources In The Annual Budget; And Motivating, Coaching, And Ensuring Effective Productivity Of Division Personnel.
