THE TOWN OF ROLESVILLE (POP. 7,500) IS ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR HUMAN RESOURCES ANALYST. ROLESVILLE IS ONE OF THE TOP FIVE FASTEST GROWING TOWNS IN THE STATE, LOCATED ADJACENT TO RALEIGH IN WAKE COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES ANALYST POSITION INCLUDE MONITORING COMPLIANCE WITH FEDERAL AND STATE REQUIREMENTS, COORDINATING EMPLOYMENT BENEFITS, MAINTAINING PERSONNEL FILES, AND IMPLEMENTING EMPLOYEE WELLNESS AND TRAINING PROGRAMS. THIS POSITION WILL ASSIST TOWN DEPARTMENTS WITH ALL ASPECTS OF THE HIRING PROCESS, INCLUDING ADVERTISEMENT, RECRUITMENT, INTERVIEW, AND SELECTION. THIS POSITION REPORTS TO THE FINANCE DIRECTOR. THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE INITIATIVE AND MUST POSSESS EXCELLENT ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL. APPLICANT MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN A TEAM-ORIENTED ENVIRONMENT AND HAVE STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS. BACHELORS DEGREE IN HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT, PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION, BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, OR CLOSELY RELATED FIELD. APPLICANT SHOULD POSSESS THREE TO FIVE YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN HUMAN RESOURCES. EQUIVALENT COMBINATIONS OF EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED. EXPERIENCE IN LOCAL GOVERNMENT IS PREFERRED.
