Using Distributed Energy Resources to Enhance Community Resilience

This workshop will explore ways to build climate change resilience for local governments with a particular focus on using distributed energy resources such as solar electricity paired with battery storage. Through small group discussions, an expert panel, and presentations of case studies, participants will gain skills and information to better prepare their communities for the effects of extreme weather such as extended power outages.
The workshop is free and open to the public. Breakfast and lunch will be served.
