Safety Kits
The Risk Management Services Workers Compensation Board of Trustees has approved a new Safety Grant Program entitled "Safety Kits."
THIS PROGRAM APPLIES TO THOSE MEMBERS OF THE WORKERS COMPENSATION INSURANCE PROGRAM (NCIRMA) WHO HAVE LESS THAN 26 FULL-TIME NON-CLERICAL EMPLOYEES.
Effective
On January 1, 2009 the "Safety Kit" program began offering these grants at no cost to members who meet the qualifications as noted above.
Purpose
The Risk Management Services Safety Kit Program is offered to members of the Worker's Compensation (NCIRMA) insurance program for enhancing their employee safety programs by providing you with safety supplies and equipment to assist in the reduction of injuries and accidents. We believe the effective use of Safety Kits will ultimately result in cost savings, enhanced work performance, and increased productivity with an improved safety program for your employees.
