Project and Construction Manager - Town of Holly Springs. Position will work in the Administration Department performing professional work in the development and coordination of a variety of capital improvement, maintenance and repair projects, initiatives for Town buildings and property and other complex administrative projects. Duties include coordinating and managing the design, bidding and construction of Town projects including public facilities, parks & recreation amenities and infrastructure;  coordinating and monitoring projects to ensure proper construction; preparing specifications, reviewing project designs, formulating bid packages and participating in bid openings; scheduling and conducting pre-construction conferences; completing progress reports and negotiating costs of initial contracts and change orders. Position also designs and performs special studies, surveys, research and program assignments for Town management and other duties as assigned. Position requires graduation from an accredited university with a degree in Construction Management, Public Administration or a related field and several years of construction and project management experience; an equivalent combination of education and experience and possession of a valid NC driver's license. Hiring range $62,557 - $69,000 based on relevant work experience.
