Morehead City Mayor and League Past President, Gerald Jones, will serve as chair of the committee. Committee members are: Wilson Council Member Avant P. Coleman, Morganton Mayor Mel Cohen, Marion Council Member A. Everette Clark, High Point Council Member Rebecca Smothers, Emerald Isle Mayor Eddie Barber, Benson Mayor William Massengill, Wake Forest Mayor Vivian Jones, Marshville Mayor Franklin Deese, Boone Council Member Lynne Mason, Asheville Mayor Esther Manheimer.
