How Are We Doing? Evaluating Manager and Board Performance

Boards and managers work interdependently in leading and governing their communities. To work together successfully, both parties must have clear and common expectations about their respective roles and how they will be held accountable. This UNC School of Government course teaches participants how to develop a successful evaluation process and how to avoid the common pitfalls with board self-assessments and manager evaluations. There are two sessions of this course offered; one in Asheville on April 8th and the other in Greenville on April 15th. Click here to view details and register for these events.
