The N.C. League of Municipalities will not be printing a 2011 Directory of Municipal Officials and Buyers' Guide this year. However, this does not mean that municipalities will not have a chance to update their information.

The decision not to print a directory was made for  a couple of reasons. The League's website is in the final stages of implementing a members-only section. It is the NCLM's intent that members will be able to use this section to update their city, town or village's information, as well as that of their elected and appointed officials. And with 2011 being a municipal election year, the need for an updated directory will be more crucial following the fall elections.
