The N.C. League of Municipalities’ offices will be closed for the holidays beginning
Friday, December 23, 2011, and will re-open on
Tuesday, January 3, 2012.
The staff of the League wishes all of our members a safe and happy holiday season and a terrific 2012.
If you need to report a claim to either our Property & Liability or Workers’ Compensation departments during this holiday period, please call 1-800-768-8600. Please note that the Property & Liability and the Workers’ Comp claims department will remain open, business as usual. Also, if a Certificate of Insurance needs to be sent out, you can contact Ryan Ezzell at rezzell@nclm.org .
However, if you need assistance regarding our health benefits trust (MIT), please contact Stacey Johnston. Stacey is the League’s Client Services Representative from MedCost Benefit Services. Please note the MedCost’s offices will be closed on Friday, December 23 and Monday, December 26 in observance of the holidays. It will also be closed on January 2 in observance of New Year’s Day.
