National highway asset inventory and data collection workshop to be held in 2008

On September 24-26, 2008, a National Workshop on Highway Asset Inventory and Data Collection will be held at the Sheraton Imperial in RTP.  This will be a great opportunity to talk to other states and cities from around the nation that are interested in collecting roadside data (sidewalks, trees, rail, crossings, etc). It also a good opportunity to talk directly with the vendors who provide the service to see what they can do for you. You will also be able to see their equipment in the outdoor booth area.
