This year, the League has planned events that will generate more traffic in the exhibit hall and provide you with more networking opportunities with all of the municipal officials:

New! Trade Show layout - "Celebration in the Queen City" - complete with red carpet entrance. Color schemes this year will be royal blue and silver with coordinating carpet, so decorate your booth accordingly.

It gets better! For registered exhibitor representatives, we would like to extend a complimentary invitation to the Host City Event, so make your overnight hotel reservations accordingly. It gets even better! The Door Prize Center will shop for you - all you have to do is register for a booth. (See 2012 Exhibit Contract Conditions). Each company registering for a booth will automatically sponsor a door prize at this year's Annual Conference. The Door Prize Center will draw names from a pool of all conference registrants and each winner must be present to win.

Also, if you want to purchase an additional door prize to be displayed in your booth and given out at the last drawing during the Monday Dessert Social, then complete the 2012 Door Prize Donation Form. All forms must be submitted with the contract or submitted at the onsite registration desk upon check in.
