Once a year, the N.C. League of Municipalities offers a special opportunity to meet, face-to-face, the officials who choose the goods and services for North Carolina’s cities and towns.

The NCLM Annual Conference is the only statewide conference for all municipal officials. Each year, the conference draws nearly 2,000 elected and appointed officials and guests for informative sessions and special activities. One of those activities is the NCLM Products, Equipment & Services Exhibit.

Our exhibit show includes special features designed to attract conference goers, including complimentary refreshments and great door prizes. The opening reception is held in the exhibit hall and typically a complimentary continental breakfast is served there on one of the business days.

Exhibitors receive a generous package of standard booth equipment including table draping, booth carpeting and a wastebasket, in addition to back and side drapes, electrical connection, and covered table and chairs.

If you’re interested in shaking hands with municipal shoppers, then you won’t find a better opportunity than the NCLM Products, Equipment & Services Exhibit.
