Archived Legislative Bulletins
Legislative Bulletins are published weekly during the N.C. General Assembly session and as needed throughout the year. Bulletins alert League members to hot-button issues facing the General Assembly that week and suggest communication with key legislators. Electronic versions provide links to background materials on issues.

EcoLINC is a monthly publication highlighting environmental regulations and legislation of concern to N.C. cities and towns. Published electronically and distributed by email, EcoLINC allows readers to stay in touch with the latest environmental developments, learn more about how proposals will affect them, and know when to take action.

LINC'ed IN Weekly Updates
are published on Fridays when the N.C. General Assembly is not in session. This publication gives the 'week in review' of state and federal legislative happenings, committee meetings and events as well as a preview of what's Coming Soon - meetings you don't want to miss. LINC'ed IN also includes an "In the News" section with legislative and interesting news articles from across the state. NCLM members have the opportunity to have hometown events featured in the "Extra Extra" section of the publication.

Summary of Legislation Enacted in 2015
The League’s Legal staff has prepared summaries of select legislation enacted by the General Assembly in 2015. The legislation summarized affects municipalities to varying degrees. Analysis of legislation from prior year's sessions can be found here.
