If we receive a lawsuit against our unit, what do we need to do?
Please notify Kathy Bullock or Helen Richardson by phone as soon as the lawsuit is served. Time is critical as the lawsuit must be answered by filing legal documents with the court within a specified time.

In the event of a slip and fall accident on our property, what action should we take?
A.Meet the victim at the location where they fell and take several photos of the accident site.
B.Make no commitment to the victim other than "we will notify our insurance carrier".
C.If the victim requires medical treatment advise them that they must notify their own medical insurance carrier for direction.
