Legislative Counsel

Monitors and works with state agencies to ensure that cities and towns have a voice in the formation of rules, regulations, and state policies that will affect them. Informs and advises members on the potential impact of proposed regulations from both the state and federal levels. Lobbies for municipal interests in the General Assembly and regulatory agencies of the executive branch. Staff to the League's Regulatory Advisory Committee.

Policy Analyst

Assesses, researches and evaluates policy issues for the League. Focuses on environmental regulatory issues, but works on a wide range of municipal issues. Monitors and tracks the regulatory process, represents the League's members' interest on environmental regulatory matters and prepares comments on proposed regulations and policies.
