In case of disaster - fire, flood or other - VC3 can restore from a remote site to the city or town within 24 hours the entire system and all data that existed on those servers. The service is available for a low monthly fee after a one-time fee. Monthly fee is based on the number of computer servers and includes annual testing of the recovery process.
VC3 also offers League-endorsed technology assessment services, security audits, network support services, web services, telephony solutions and application development services.

NCLM was concerned that the cost of codification was preventing smaller towns in the state from receiving codification services. American Legal Publishing stepped in to help. Since 1980, over 125 N.C. municipalities have taken advantage of the codification program established by the League and American Legal. In addition, NCLM has also take advantage of our electronic services, and many cities such as Fayetteville have received their code or meeting minutes on Folio Views®.
