FY2007-08 Water & Sewer Rates and Rate Structures Information

The North Carolina League of Municipalities partnered with the Environmental Finance Center (EFC) at UNC-Chapel Hill to collect 443 water and sewer rate sheets to analyze billing totals and rate structures for these providers. The analysis includes information on residential and commercial water and wastewater accounts.

This information can assist elected officials and staff as they make decisions related to water and sewer services during budget preparations. Click the following links to access different components of this project:
